It is mandatory to have your contribution visible in your hand. Then you can move on into the other sections of the party. We will not let you use our restroom or check it out before you give your contribution. If these rules are not followed you will politely be asked to leave. This is put in place so that our guest who are trying to enter the party can enter, themselves.
The ticket is to enter into our event enjoy food, drinks, and party not for sex! Consenting adults play at their own discretion.
If you are caught throwing your condoms or paper towels on the floor, dressers, base boards, or anywhere besides the trash! There are trash cans in every corner of the event space! No drinks or shoes upstairs! Please sit your shoes by the stairway. Your drinks please leave on the tables in the dining, living, and kitchen areas! They will be thrown away if found upstairs. Thanks

If you are a squirter please bring a thick towel with you to lay under yourself or ask the host for a towel
Men no hoodies inside the home! (polo style hats are ok) no baggy clothes please dress to impress/ we will not let you enter
If any woman is caught soliciting you will be asked to leave/ men please report this to the host immediately! You are only required to pay a contribution to the house for event set up, nothing more!
